Limback Lumber Co is located at 2600 NW Market St, in the Ballard community of Seattle, Wa.

Market Street runs east to west along the north side of the ship canal.  We are just to the west of the downtown shopping area, but before the US Government Locks, on the north side of Market.

**TRUCK ROUTE**  

From I-5 Northbound:  

Take exit 164B-4^th Ave So.

Stay in the right lane.

Turn right onto 4^th Ave. So.

Turn right onto Royal Brougham Way.

Turn right onto 1^st Ave.  Be in the right hand lane and take the exit to Hwy 99 No.  This will put you on the viaduct.   

Take the Western Ave exit and follow Western, which will turn into Elliott.  Follow Elliott north which will turn into 15^th Ave W.  Follow 15^th Ave W. over the Ballard Bridge and at the first traffic signal turn left onto Market St.   

Limback is ½ mile ahead on you right hand side.

From I-5 Southbound:  

Take exit 173—Keep right and take the Northgate Way Westbound option.

Follow Northgate way around the corner and up the hill.  This turns into 105^th No.

Continue west on 105^th across Hwy 99, to Greenwood Ave. 

Stay on the main road, which veers slightly to the left (Holman Road)

Follow Holman Road down and back up, and around the corner, which turns into 15^th Ave N.W.

Follow 15^th Ave N.W. down the hill to Market Street.  (1.5 miles)

There is a Safeway Store on the SE corner of the intersection.

(This will be a wide turn)  

Turn right and go ½ mile and Limback is on your right.
